About the Product
Nestlings is a dice placement and resource management game where players take on the role of birds competing across different biomes to gather food and care for their nestlings.
Each round, players roll dice and secretly assign them to different biomes such as savannah, alpine, freshwater, and desert. These placements determine turn order and priority—who gets first access to the best resources and actions.
The core puzzle comes from how you use those resources. Players collect food, complete shared goals, and fulfill their own objectives, all while trying to outmaneuver opponents. There’s also interaction through denying resources and competing for priority, adding tension to each round.
The game balances planning with adaptability—you won’t always get exactly what you want, so making the most of your dice and reacting to the board is key.
