About the Product

What We Think at WiredVillage Boardgames

Beacon Patrol looks like a relaxing cooperative puzzle where players work together to build a safe network of sea routes. As tiles are placed, the map gradually expands with ships, islands, and lighthouses that need to be connected to guide vessels safely through the waters. It seems like a great choice for groups that enjoy calm, thoughtful cooperative games where everyone can contribute to solving the puzzle.

Product Description

In Beacon Patrol, players take on the role of the coast guard, working together to explore the sea and guide ships safely to port. Each turn, players place tiles to expand the ocean map, revealing new routes, islands, and ships that must be connected to nearby lighthouses.

The challenge comes from carefully planning how the coastline grows. Ships need safe paths to the correct lighthouse, and if the sea becomes too fragmented or ships are left stranded, the team may struggle to complete their mission.

Because the map is built differently every game, Beacon Patrol offers a fresh cooperative puzzle each time you play. The simple rules make it easy to teach, while the shared objective encourages players to plan and problem-solve together.
