Where is WiredVillage Games located? Our main store is at 37 Water Street, Pictou, NS B0K 1H0. We also offer a pickup-only location in Dartmouth, NS near Mic Mac Mall for customers in the Halifax Regional Municipality.

What are your store hours? The Pictou store is open Friday and Saturday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM. For Dartmouth pickup, order online and we'll contact you to arrange a pickup time.

Do you ship across Canada? Yes — we ship Canada-wide. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

How does Dartmouth pickup work? Place your order online at wiredvillagegames.com and select local pickup at checkout. We'll send you a confirmation when your order is ready. The Dartmouth location is not a walk-in store — you must place your order online first.

What products do you carry? We stock board games, trading cards (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana), Lego, Warhammer 40K and Age of Sigmar, role-playing games, puzzles, and accessories.

Do you have a loyalty program? Yes — we offer a loyalty rewards program. Ask in store or sign up online.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened items. Opened trading cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you buy or trade used games? We generally don't purchase used games, but we're happy to take a look at larger collections. Contact us at store@wiredvillage.ca to get in touch.
