Super fun for our 8 and 10 year olds!

Simple and fun asymetric two-player Deckbuilding game. I love the Star Wars theme, playing as the Rebels or Empire. The goal of destroying bases, and the ability to attack opponents cards in the galaxy row (market) are great mechanisms. I love the challenge early of trying to get cards that help with resources, attack, the Force, defence, etc. It leads to lots of decisions to make every turn. If you like Star Wars it's must buy. If you like deckbuilders you should still try it out.

Very simple, very fast, very fun! It's a great bang for your buck. The shipping was fast and reliable as well.

I bought this for my friend's 2 daughters, ages 4 & 6. They loved it! They had to keep reminding me of all of the characters' names. Great fun.

Fun family game with surprising depth

Love this game, it is my most played game this year. Easy and accessible enough that my wife, who is not a gamer, loves to play it as well.

5 stars because the game is exactly as I expected. Maybe a little more because the gaming board is more higher quality than I expected it to be. Even a little added bonus being that the score coasters are double-sided with an inverted color scheme where you get to choose which style you want. Very happy with this purchase.

I recently purchased a copy of Near and Far, primarily to play with my wife. We have both Above and Below, as well as Now or Never, so really enjoy Ryan Lockett games. Near and Far keeps the story book aspect of Above and Below, but adds additional depth - playing campaign, character, or arcade mode gives the game lots of replayability.
I won’t go into mechanics of play - that can be found elsewhere - but suffice it to say, Near and Far will have a place on our game shelf for a long time!

Played it a few times at two players and thoroughly enjoyed it. The many cards are interesting, lots of paths to victory, and the simultaneous play keeps it quick, despite the many options per turn.

This is a neat token laying game. You place your tiles getting points, trying to claim a castle. Each turn there is a chance to score depending on the tile you place. Game runs smooth and fast. Love that it has a 2 sided map, with each side being different on how it plays.
